As you all may know, the 2020 election happened this week. I got to say, this election has brought out the nasty in many people on both sides. Politics has left our world divided in my opinion. But when we delve into the Word of God, He warned us that our world would become divided and that nations will rise against nations. “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7 NKJV). When I read this verse and relate it to what is going on in the world today, I compare nations to be the republicans and democrats. These two groups of parties have successfully added division in our world. Literally parties are rising against parties. Every time I go on social media now someone from whichever party is either name calling, or degrading someone from a different party. This is literally prophecy! Let’s get rid of Trump 2020 and Biden 2020 and instead let’s implement Jesus 2020! Let us all put all of our support, trust, and faith in our Jesus Christ! Trump and Biden are just normal people with a political title. Jesus is our Savior who died to save us from our sins. Give an amen to that! Prophecy is already being shown to us whether we see it or not, so take this time to submit yourself to Jesus and follow the narrow way. It may be hard because there will be trials and tribulations still, but you will have God by your side who will give you the strength to overcome it all if you just choose Him. We may have already voted on a ballot, but let us all vote for Jesus in our hearts. Jesus 2020!
